Palms Paint Night at Grand Palms Resort
Tuesdays
Come release your inner Monet! This activity includes a 8"x10" canvas, easel to use, pre-sketched designs, music, and a complimentary glass of wine with snacks. Delicious home-made flatbread pizza is available for purchase. Read more about Palms Paint Night here.

La Belle Amie Vineyard Tour
Wednesdays
Nothing could be finer than to be in Carolina, as the wise, old song goes – that is, unless you have a glass of fine wine from La Belle Amie Vineyard in-hand. Take a self-guided tour with us to La Belle Amie Vineyard that includes a tour of the vineyard, wine tasting, lunch and live music. Tickets can be purchased from our Indoor Pool Office by calling Ext. 1400.
The shuttle leaves the Resort at 10 am and returns to the Resort by 4 pm. (Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Must have a minimum of 8 participants.) Read more about La Belle Amie here.

S'mores at the Patio at Grand Palms Resort
Everyday
Come warm yourself by an open fire while making something special to eat. Enjoy making and eating delicious s'mores with kits available for $5 at the Indoor Pool Office. Read more about our S'mores Activity here.

National Shag Dance Championship Finals
March 10-12
The NSDC started in Myrtle Beach in 1984 and is the longest continuously running shag dance contest in the United States. Past winners of the NSDC have performed on countless TV shows and events including Good Morning America, CBS This Morning, PGA Annual Banquets, NBA Games, Beach Music Awards, and Harvard University. If you enjoy watching dance shows on TV, then you need to attend the NSDC and experience the excitement of a first class dance competition in person.

Surfside Beach BBQ Festival

Killer Queen - Queen Tribute at the Carolina Opry Theater

Formed in 1993, Killer Queen played their first public shows at London University where Queen themselves had played their first shows 21 years earlier. By 1995, Killer Queen’s UK popularity had grown to such an extent that they secured a residency in London’s Strand Theatre attracting nationwide BBC coverage – the first tribute to have a show in the West End. Before long, they were touring throughout the world and racking up awards; they received the award of “Worldwide Best Tribute Band” in 1999 at a ceremony hosted by Suggs of Madness and the “Best Concert of the Year” award.

KidzTime Festival
March 19
Broadway at the Beach is hosting their 21st Annual KidzTime Festival on Saturday, March 19th. Enjoy strolling entertainment, children’s activities, character appearances and more! During the event, they collect donations for Help 4 Kids and their Backpack Buddies program. It’s a day full of fun and giving back to the community that you won't want to miss!

Terrariums at Ripley's Aquarium

In this easy-to-follow class, your Creative Seed Design instructor teaches you how to assemble and take care of your terrarium. After your class on land, it’s time to set sail and experience Ripley’s Aquarium by sea aboard our Glass Bottom Boat Adventure, where only three inches of glass separate you from the fascinating creatures and sharp-toothed predators of the Dangerous Reef!

Little River Band at The Alabama Theatre
