Entering its third year, Grand Palms Resort is currently undergoing its most comprehensive renovation yet! With a total of 136 units scheduled for completion in the upcoming phase (this Spring) and all 292 units set to be renovated in 7 years, our updated condos are introducing a higher standard of elegance and comfort.

Grand Palms Resort has achieved a remarkable milestone by earning RCI Gold Crown for two of its three RCI designations. This prestigious recognition highlights the Resort's commitment to providing exceptional vacation experiences.

As the seasons change, Grand Palms Resort becomes the perfect destination for a festive escape. From September through December, the Resort offers an array of activities that celebrate the best of both fall and winter.
