Entering its third year, Grand Palms Resort is in the middle of its most comprehensive renovation cycle yet! By the end of this current phase, a total of 136 units will be updated to reflect a higher standard of resort living, including six ADA-friendly units, which ensure a Myrtle Beach vacation that’s accessible and inclusive for everyone.

The 2025 annual homeowner association meeting will be held on March 21, 2025 at 10 am via Zoom. We recommend registering in advance to ensure you do not miss any part of the meeting while waiting for the link.

We’re thrilled to announce that the new home construction that immediately surrounds Grand Palms Resort is complete!  No more hammering, no more “beep, beep, beep” of heavy machinery. Grand Palms Resort is back to the relaxing vacation oasis it was meant to be.
