Well into its fourth year, Grand Palms Resort is in the middle of its most comprehensive renovation cycle yet! Between November 2025 and April 2026, we plan on finishing 38 more units. This cycle is part of our ongoing goal to transform all 292 timeshare units by Spring 2029, offering elevated elegance and comfort for our guests.

On October 3rd at 10am, we will be reconvening the 2025 Annual Homeowners Meeting to conduct official business.  On March 20th, 2026, at 10am, we will be holding the 2026 Annual Homeowners Meeting.  Please register to attend.
