Construction Around Grand Palms Resort

There are a few new neighborhoods including The Retreat at Ocean Commons, Montage at Ocean Commons, and Ocean Palms around the Resort. There’s also Beach Village being built alongside our Resort behind the even-side of Double Eagle Drive

We’re excited to unveil the incredible improvements at Grand Palms Resort. New Gate Closes Off Old Front Desk Entrance

There will only be one way to get to the Front Desk building now that a new gate has been installed: To reach the Front Desk, use Platt Boulevard and then take a left onto Grand Palms Resort Drive
