Beautifully Dramatic Updates Coming to
the Condos

Grand Palms Resort has just begun its most extensive renovation to date! With a total of 86 units set to be completed in the upcoming cycle and all units to be completed over the course of 7 years, our renovated condos are poised to deliver an elevated level of beauty and comfort.

Annual Meeting Announcement & Zoom Link

This year’s annual homeowners association (HOA) meeting will be available through an online Zoom meeting. In this article, we help you navigate connecting to and using Zoom to attend the annual meeting being broadcast.

Construction Around Grand Palms Resort

There are a few new neighborhoods including The Retreat at Ocean Commons, Montage at Ocean Commons, and Ocean Palms around the Resort. There’s also Beach Village being built alongside our Resort behind the even-side of Double Eagle Drive.

New Gate Closes Off Old Front Desk Entrance

There is only one way to get to the Front Desk building now that a new gate has been installed. To reach the Front Desk, use Platt Boulevard and then take a left onto Grand Palms Resort Drive.
