Grand Palms Resort and Travel & Leisure Co. Partnership

“Talent wins games, but teamwork wins championships.” – Michael Jordan

Key Benefits Grand Palms Resort offers to the Partnership

The Official Myrtle Beach Welcome Center

Located in Aynor, SC on the main corridor into Myrtle Beach, the Official Myrtle Beach Welcome Center is center stage for vacationers coming to Myrtle Beach.  Myrtle Beach is primarily a drive-to destination with over 20 million visitors annually.

  • We hold the trademarks for the names The Official Myrtle Beach Welcome Center and the Ticket Connection. We provide  Wyndham permission to use these at no cost.

  • In the summer months, over 1,000 visitors per day visit the Official Myrtle Beach Welcome Center.

  • The rent for the Official Myrtle Beach Welcome Center is set for Wyndham at below market rates.

  • 1,300 tours are projected for 2025.

The Preview Center at Grand Palms Resort

The 15,000 sq. ft. Preview Center at Grand Palms Resort opens up the south end of Myrtle Beach for Travel & Leisure Co. sales.

Now, guests heading southbound to Myrtle Beach can be easily directed to the nearest sales center for their tour, eliminating the need to navigate through heavy traffic to the north end of Myrtle Beach where Travel & Leisure Co.'s other sales center is located. This location makes the experience more convenient, less stressful, and time-efficient for guests, ultimately leading to happier visitors and improved sales results.

  • The rent for Grand Palms Resort's Preview Center is set for Wyndham at below market rates.

  • Travel & Leisure Co.'s sales are projected to reach $18 million at the Grand Palms Resort Preview Center in 2025.

The Front Desk Check-In Building at Grand Palms Resort

The 8,000 sq. ft. Front Desk Check-In Building at Grand Palms Resort was completed in March 2021 at the cost of $2.1M.

  • Several Travel and Leisure Co.'s employees have said that it is the nicest check-in facility in the Wyndham resort system.  More tours are generated because guests bring their families in to see the facility.  As they spend more time in the building,  marketing has more opportunities to develop good relationships with our guests.

  • We offer one-third of the Check-In building to Travel and Leisure Co. CMAs at no cost (no rent).

  • Approximately 100,000 guests checked in to Grand Palms Resort in 2024.

  • 6,000 tours are projected for 2025 at our Front Desk.
