Pay no administrative fees, make no prepayments, reserve your vacation immediately all while taking the strain off of one large single payment. There's no better time to enroll than now!
Benefits
We’ve eliminated the $2 per month administration fee saving enrollees $24 per year.
Payments now start in January. No more prepaying 3 months ahead. All payments will start in January on the day of the month you select (5th, 10th, 15th, or the 20th) instead of October.
As soon as you enroll, you can make a reservation up to 2 years in advance before your maintenance fee is fully paid!
If for some reason you decide to go back to making a single payment, there are no cancellation fees and no prepayment penalties. Just contact the owner services team and they will happily accommodate your wishes.
