We are also pleased to see that most responses show that you feel that your ownership at Grand Palms Resort provides you the trading power necessary to go where you would like to go whether it is with us or at another RCI Resort.

How important is the RCI Gold Crown status to you?


A majority of the responses to the survey said that the RCI Gold Crown rating is very important to you. We are happy to see that our goals align with yours. We've been continually upgrading the Resort to meet and exceed our owners' expectations of what a gold crown resort should be. We completed a major upgrade to the condos in 2018 with other improvements added each year. See our Resort Improvements Timeline for examples of how we are continually improving the Resort to achieve and maintain RCI's Gold Crown rating.

Your Maintenance Fee


Our goal has always been to provide you an exceptional vacation experience at the best value. It is refreshing to see that most of you find the maintenance fee to be reasonable. See some of the ways we are investing maintenance fees in the Resort Improvements Timeline!



You Asked, We Delivered


There were several great suggestions for new amenities at Grand Palms Resort. The top three owner requests for amenities were gas-powered grills, recliners in units, and sidewalks. You spoke and we listened! We've added a new gas grilling area between buildings 206 & 208 in addition to the one located between 221 & 223. We are also in the testing stages of a new recliner that we intend to add to the condos. New sidewalks have been added around the resort. To see improvements done around the resort click here.
