Well into its fourth year, Grand Palms Resort is in the middle of its most comprehensive renovation cycle yet! Between November 2025 and April 2026, we plan on finishing 38 more units. This cycle is part of our ongoing goal to transform all 292 timeshare units by Spring 2029, offering elevated elegance and comfort for our guests.
By the end of this current phase, a total of 174 units (59% of all the timeshare condos) will be updated to reflect a higher standard of resort living, including six ADA-friendly units, which ensure a Myrtle Beach vacation that’s accessible and inclusive for everyone.

Presidential Villa Deluxe Hotel Renovations
72 Presidential Villa Condos will be renovated by Spring of 2026. Below are photos showing the renovations to the lockout or Deluxe Hotel portion of the Presidential Villa condos. You may notice several substantial changes including changing the dining table to a bar that has pantry space below and shelving up top for even more storage space. The kitchen now has a larger refrigerator with a separate freezer and a large microwave convection oven combo suited to meet every need from turkey dinner to frozen pizza!
