As a Grand Palms Resort timeshare owner, you have the option to utilize the monthly payment plan for your maintenance fees. This program offers flexibility with payments and with your vacation plans. This is a great option for those that would rather not make one large single payment but spread payments out over the year. And once you enroll in the monthly payment plan, you can reserve your vacation immediately.

How does it work?

The maintenance fee is divided into 12 equal payments to be paid each month through your choice of either a credit card, debit card, or checking account. You'll then be able to choose from one of our four monthly draft dates: the 5th, 10th, 15th, or 20th of each month.
