You’ll relax, exhale, and breathe even easier while taking in the natural aromas of eucalyptus or sweet lavender as one of our experienced therapist's healing hands work their magic massaging away all your tension and stress.
The one-hour massage features a heavenly combo of relaxation and therapeutic styles, The Therapeutic Massage includes rolling, kneading and percussion hand movements. Expect low music and low lighting to set the tone, and high attention to all of your aches and pains from head to toe, including a scalp and facial massage; relief to neck, back and shoulders; and much-needed pampering to hands and feet with oils and lotions.

You’re in incredibly good hands with any of Mother Earth Day Spa’s state licensed massage therapists, including owner Ellen Brady, who has been working at Grand Palms Resort for more than a decade. All therapists are nationally certified for massage and bodywork therapy. They are also certified in reflexology, meaning the staff are trained on applying pressure to specific nerve zones in your feet. Every fiber of the human body, according to reflexology, can be mapped to your feet. Pinpointing certain areas of the feet can alleviate allergies, headaches, even depression.
