November 5 - January 2

Ripley’s Festival of Trees exhibit proudly celebrates the heritage and diversity of these great United States. Their themed trees are adorned in decorations and ornaments representing each of our 50 states and 5 territories. Our own South Carolina tree is more than 18 feet tall and features seashells, magnolias, and golf balls, as well as Coastal, Clemson, and USC ornaments.

Marvel at Louisiana’s Mardi Gras tree with masks and beads, Nevada’s Las Vegas–style tree with a feather headdress, and more. This event is included with general admission to Ripley’s Aquarium of Myrtle Beach. Read more about what you can experience at Ripley's Aquarium here.

November 20 - January 2

The theme of this Holiday exhibit is traditional – trains, trees, toys, and treasured memories of Holiday seasons past. Christmas trees, period ornaments, and vintage toys present the Victorian era through the 1980s. Lionel, American Flyer, and Bachmann trains chug through landscapes designed and built by department staff. A miniature amusement park evokes the views and sounds of the Myrtle Beach Pavilion from the past. Miniature lighted houses present magical displays from Dickens Village to Snow Village, to other Department 56 themes. These historic vignettes wrap the old and the new in Holiday warmth. Click here to learn more.

November 22 - December 30

The Great Christmas Light Show is a park-wide lighted celebration that is sure to capture the true spirit of the season! The drive through light show features over 2 million lights festively displayed along a 2 mile drive throughout the North Myrtle Beach Park & Sports Complex. Over 500 magical light displays, some up to 55 feet tall, have been custom made for The Great Christmas Light Show. After journeying through the light show, everyone is invited to park their car and visit Santa’s Village where you can enjoy hot chocolate and s’mores, get an up close look at the lights on the Santa Express Train Ride, and, of course, meet Santa! To see more details, click here.

November 26 - January 2

A new Holiday festival is coming to downtown Myrtle Beach. Winter Wonderland at The Beach is held from November 26 - January 2 at Burroughs & Chapin Pavilion Place overlooking Myrtle Beach’s Boardwalk and beachfront. This inaugural event features a covered, outdoor ice-skating rink, a walk-through Holiday lights experience and additional Holiday-themed offerings. Click here for more.
