The comment card is a brief survey that includes multiple choice questions, a rating scale, and short answer sections. The survey only takes approximately 1-3 minutes to complete. Through the Resort comment cards, you've given us several great suggestions for new amenities at Grand Palms Resort. Some of the top requested amenities have been gas-powered grills and sidewalks. We've added new gas grilling areas between buildings 206/208 and 221/223 along with new sidewalks around the Resort based on your feedback that you gave us through the Resort's comment cards.
