Your Safety

It is our goal and mission at Grand Palms Resort to provide you an exceptional vacation experience, and at the top of our list is your safety. In the event of bad weather, we are required to close the pool decks, meaning that everyone must leave the Outdoor Pool areas. This must happen when thunder is heard in the area. The weather is very unpredictable here, and even though it might not be raining when we hear thunder, for your safety, all guests must leave the Outdoor Pool areas including the Lazy River and hot tubs to reduce the risk of an injury from a lightning strike. We appreciate your compliance as we strive to keep our guests safe.
